The personal health and safety of each employee of Endurance Plumbing Limited (EPL) is of primary importance. The prevention of jobsite-induced injuries and illnesses is such a priority that it will be first and foremost over operating productivity where necessary. Management will provide all mechanical and physical facilities required for personal safety and health in keeping with the highest standards.

EPL will maintain a health and safety program conforming to the best practices in the industry. It also requires co-operation from stakeholders in all health and safety matters. Not only between supervisor and employees, but also between each employee and his or her co-workers. Subtrades are managed, evaluated and held to the same expectation under this policy as well. Only through such a co-operative effort can a HSE program be established and preserved in everyone’s best interest. 

Our target is a health and safety program that will eliminate all injuries and illnesses by surpassing the industry minimalizing objectives. Our goal is zero incidents period.  The expectations are high but so are the costs if something goes wrong. It is a “right” for all workers to work in a safe work environment.
